    Ken Jacobs was an absolute pleasure to work with. Dealing with an accident especially a hit and run is extremely frustrating but Ken made my experience dealing with my car painless. This was my first car accident and one that wasn't even my fault, so I had a lot of questions and I can honestly say I wasn't always so calm but Ken never lost his cool and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I am pleased with my White 2016 Acura TLX and how Ken worked with my insurance company. I can't say I hope to see Ken again but I can definitely say he is my go to guy if I ever needed to again...hopefully never!!! The entire team at Rallye Collision really make you feel like you and your car are in good hands.
